Anyone is aware of an R package available online to perform a Piecewise Multiplicative Scatter Correction (PMSC)?
This technique is an advance of the Multiplicative Scatter Correction (MSC) typically used to compensate for light scattering effects and changes in path length in hyperspectral data. The package pls can perform a MSC with the function msc, but I cannot find anything related to PMSC.
Anyone can recommend any package/function/script to perform PSMC?

Exactly a NIR topic... in that paper, they applied a loop MSC on their dataset (not PMSC). But I am contacting them to see if they are willing to share that code.
