I am looking for suggestions to validate modeling oxidative stress in vitro. Does anyone know of literature that reports a fold change in reactive oxygen species levels in vivo? Potentially by using CellROX staining?
The reactive oxygen species (ROS) plays role important in the growth and development process of the plants. ROS has been widely reports on the dormancy process of the seeds and bud. In these studies, the different changes of ROS in the dormancy process of both seeds and bud have been demonstrated.
