Disclaimer: I am reading the papers that are available online and have made partial progress in doing-so. There is no need to suggest literature online to read as I am doing this in my spare time.

I am wondering if anyone has personal, hands-on experience in suppressing -or circumventing altogether- the 'coffee-ring' effect (Yunker et al., 2011).

I am simply drying a droplet of solution on a glass surface. I have tried a number of different approaches based-on literature that I have reviewed online. I am wondering if anyone has overcome this in their own experiences.

Thank you in advance, to any who take the time to contribute.
