I need some help about photosynthesis hourly measurement.
I want to measurement photosynthesis hourly from 7 am to 5 pm.
What should I do with Licor 6400xt?
I plan to use IRGA and fix some factor as light (1,000 umol/m2/s), CO2 (400 ppm).
Or Should I use sun+sky with the real environment factor.
Which one is suitable? or Any suggestion?

Do you have only This option for sensor? Or could try other?
Good measurement, normally photoperiod starts when sun rises and ends when sets. Start point is good 7am but end point is 5pm is not appropriate, it should be onr hour before sun set. But you use IRGA and it provide good reading between 10am to 3pm.. after this its reading fluntuates at lot due decreade in lux unit because it work good at 1000 lux units
