UGC is planning to dilute the two mandatory publication in Scopus indexed or other UGC care Journals...Is it good for the academicians and for future research scholars?

This prerequisite, in my opinion, also validates the effort and skill a researcher has invested. The recipients of national funds, such as the UGC, should be able to guarantee their involvement in the learning process. The number of publications in Scopus-indexed journals may be increased to 3 publications or decreased to 1 publication, depending on the number of applications.
