I am trying to develop pharmacophore mode for 1442 chemicals in Phase, I am following the guideline (file:///C:/Users/NoteBook/Desktop/Toxicophore/Articles/Schr%C3%B6dinger%20Notes%E2%80%94Ligand-based%20Pharmacophore%20Modeling%20_%20J's%20Blog.html) step by step, the last step is running phase- pharm job but the job is died after some minutes.
