Phase fraction is proportional to peak area for a XRD plot. "Can you please provide a proper reference for this statement apart from B.D Cullity"?

Hello,

For a given XRD plot i need to determine the approximate phase fraction for the phases present. Can you provide me a proper reference for determining the same with the help of peak area.
