PH for EDTA complexation?

What is the optimal pH for EDTA or Na2EDTA to chelate copper or zinc ions ?

EDTA has pK 10.34. So cheating by edta is most effective at this pH rather a range including this.For tritation pH is 10. As the anticoagulant the best range of pH is 4 to 6.
