if it is showing good view in Seisviewer then certainly will be from the parameters you assigned when loading the file, check the header and the parameters. Change the line detection method from "Automatic" and scroll down in the header and fill the parameters (x,y, line number, CDP, etc...) with the correct values.

I fully agree with response of Ali Gadalla Najem . The main problems always come from bad defining of the parameters.

I also agree that the problem come from the bad definition of the parameters. You should adjust the parameters while importing the SEG-Y file.

Have u tried to change the coordinates scaling? Try 0.001! Or simply upload as sgy and not using preset parameters.
