I am trying to inkjet Pt/C(Hispec 3000)_Nafion ink on membrane or GDL. For that, I need to break my catalyst support agglomerates to less then 200nm, otherwise it will not pass the filter of the inkjet printer. Solvent I used: Isopropanol and Glyceraol. I tried: Bath sonication, probe sonication, table-top ball milling for 15 days. But failed to break the agglomerates smoothly. Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.
