I am a PhD Candidate in Islamic History and Muslim Civilization at the University of Tehran. I want to have the experience of peer review. Can you help me? Do you know any journal that can get me a review?
Usually, the journals' websites lists their conditions. Serious journals use peer review. See, e.g., the "Information for Authors" of the Journal of Islamic Studies (https://academic.oup.com/jis/pages/General_Instructions): "All typescripts will be assessed by academic referees." Just submit a paper and it will be reviewed.
Hi Haider, all academic journals use some kind of peer review before accepting a paper for publication. Usually the peer review is "blind" or "double blind", which means that the author doesn't know the identity of the reviewers and vice versa. This is in order to ensure an unbiased evaluation of the paper. Check the website of each journal, or contact their editors, for specific details.
You can see an example of paper selection and the review process at https://jsai.huji.ac.il/journal-information.
