Peak Spliting is acceptable for Content method?

I am Performing analysis of Maltodextrin in Sugar Column by HPLC-RID. As i am getting slightly peak split even with new column. %RSD values of standard solutions and with bracketing standard solution is within the limit. Also get constant results for maltodextrin content from sample solutions.
