PCFC/MCC which make is better?

I have used PCFC instrument made by FTT, and the quality was really bad. First of all, it malfunctioned several time and support was really poor and expensive. Besides, even when it worked, data was rather noisy.

It is not only us. I at least know one other laboratory which had similar issues both with equipment and support.

I was wondering if any one have any suggestions for a better make? For instance I know Concept equipment also make PCFC but I noticed they use identical software as FTT. Does anyone have any experience with another brand? Concept or any other maker?
