I am intersted to know how to calculate exact particle size from uv-vis spectra graph manually

One and major thing, the size determination of nano particles from uv-vis spectra graph is not exact but you can only predict the size. Theoretically, the size of synthesized nanoparticles can be calculated by free available program Mie plot v 4.3 (Philip laven) based on Mie theory. The size is determine by plotting the absorbance efficacy as a function of wavelength.The maximum wavelength of the silver plasmon is dependent on the size of the nanoparticle. so, you can determine the plasmon peak and using this value you can determine the size in nm.

you can do that by using standard curve between peaks with different particle size for the same materials by the shift
but I think it is not accurate method.
