is there any way to pansharpen the full band set of e.g. landsat 8 dataset, not just the bands RGB, NIR?
i am using ArcGIS pro for this and it does works just for the mentioned bands
but i need to enhance full series of sepectral bands which will used in band ratio tasks on SWIR bands
have any one any suggestion

no. it is not ArcGIS, it makes no sense to pan-sharpen the non-visual bands. You would just make the information in those bands meaningless.

i plan to use that for lithological / mineralogical mapping by band ratio teqnique and etc.

As the sharpening not only changes the resolution but also the RGB band values. It is an upsampling technique to create visually higher-resolution images. It can be done in photoshop, it is a color scaling technique. For example, If you try to Pan-sharpen a thermal band for example (not sure how you would as it not three bands of R G B) then the thermal values would not be what was actually recorded.
If you want to up-scale the non-visual bands, think about something like pycnophylactic weighting but I would advise against it.

The brightness values found within the Panchromatic band (8) must be similar to thhe brightness values found in the coarser resolution bands to be sharpened or the process will output poor results. The panchromatic band having a wider spectral range has a greater amount of "reflectance recorded" hence the reason why the pixel size is smaller. The finer width of individual chaneels (i.e.: red, green blue) will be darker by nature because of the spectral width and the pixel size must be increased to "capture" enough reflected energy to amke a 'decent' image. bright on the red band means 'very red' etc... pixels that are bright on the red band will also be bright on the panchromatic band, which is not the case for longer wavelengths i.e.: NIR, SWIR... the panchromatic band cannot be used to sharpen bands that do not fall within its spectral range. Yes, it can be done, but is meaningless, and also degrades the image quality (opposite of what is wanted).
