Good afternoon
I am struggling getting my default pane layout i am used to in R studio (Version 4.2.2) and view option contains toolbar and status bar, there is no panes option.
The issue is, I can not see all pane (source, console, environment and files) like on the image below. only i can see console pane.
how to see all panes?
Tt is not possible to see all pane at the same time ?

This image shows that you are coding in r console, not the rstudio.
R and R-Studio are two completely different things.
The image shown is the console of the R environment.
You can use this for coding, but i think you are searching for the much more comfortable editor frontend and -as mentioned- the different windows/panes showing some more details at a glance.

But I suppose you did that already?
In that case: wrong software started... or we need some more precise information about the problem.
