The modern diet is rich in Palm Oil. The food industry uses it as a cheap, convenient food additive.
The habitat , especially in SE Asia and South America is also being rapidly destroyed, to produce this crop.
So there seem to be health and financial consequences to the use of this product
Should we be revising our consumption of Palm Oil?
