Hello, I have data from 6 treatments, and for each treatment, the response is divided into one of the three groups (No reversal, partial reversal, complete reversal). So i have a 6X3 contingency table. I have done an exact fisher test comparing each of the 6 treatments with others. I would like to know if the p values obtained should be corrected (and if so what would be the correct way to do it) or if it is acceptable to display all the significant p values in the graph as obtained from the pairwise fisher test.
