Over the past 6 months, the number of patients with Covid -19 in China has not increased , but the number of patients in other countries to rise, . What do you think about this? What is the reason?

I think that good teamwork in order to eliminate this pandemic in China, which is making it possible to eliminate, as well as research developments have.
I think there is growing concern that China is not being entirely honest about the extent of its infections and deaths. This mistrust is partly about history - and partly about a lack of clarity that inevitably breeds mistrust.
China is one of the toughest countries to implement social isolation and quarantine.
China re-designed hospitals to minimise cross-infection; screened and isolated persons suspected of being infected; disinfected hospitals and isolation centres; regulated the movement of health workers; and used IT technology and databases to track people's contacts and travels; and limited people's freedom to be wherever they want to be, to a much greater extent than was done, or even possible, in other countries.
Due to poor management of quarantine they are receiving it again and again.

China has experienced many virus-crisis over the last decade, whereas especially USA has no any experience from these kinds of pandemic. In Europe this is the first global scale crisis since the Spanish flu in 1918. Both in the US and Europe countries did not respond to the emerging signs in time and the delay led to panic in some cases. It has been scientifically shown that after COVID-19 has arrived from China to Italy, the virus managed to mutate, and so it was very difficult to track this killer. Institutions were not prepared enough. Recent news reveal that the first wave of attack is getting speed:

Proper lockdown strategies and well-advanced hospitals with proper facilities provided by the Chinese government. Till now no vaccine is available in the market against COVID-19 disease. It mainly attacks people with weak immunity. So during this pandemic situation, we have to develop immunity. This can be possible if we take ashwagandha and other immune boosters along with milk. Also, we protect ourselves by drinking boiled water and tea. Now almost everywhere lockdown is removed and all shops are opened, Its mine message to all that we are free from lockdown. This virus is still present. So prefer only homemade food items and recipes. Go outside if it is very urgent with mask and gloves on hands.
Most of the highly infected countries follow the curfew strategies with little concern to the social distancing, whilst in China, the majority of the popluation are following the quarantine strategies carefully..
The China "phenomenon" can perhaps be explained by the Chinese scientist and public health specialist ....otherwise its confounding. it is because the population is already exposed to coronaviruses and thus they have a herd immunity? if so how did the epidemic occur? There are too many questions!!
Perhaps lack of adherence to health instructions and failure to adhere to stay at home made the numbers increase
China controlled COVID-19 by applying a strict MCO. It contained the virus by questioning and even detaining people who might possess information that challenges the official line. Other countries could not apply such kind of MCO and that's why they could not control the virus.
It might be due to strict control measures and curfew implementation. They blocked the entrance and exit efficiently and they had the resources to afford the treatment of infected ones. This is what the others lack in my opinions.
Higher prevalence in other countries might be due to:
1. Other countries population irresponsible behaviour
2. Mistrust or believing the conspiracy theories
Have not achieved the herd immunity, when large community suffer from a specific disease the little remained community may get herd immunity that tend to lower chances of infection.
This may be due to close relationship between people of the country and the government. And also it may be due to technological advancement, human capital, and social stability in the country.
Behrooz Rezaei China implemented strong public restrictions in the infected cities. The government, there, thrived to sustain the social-distancing through rule-of-law. However, other countries take the outbreak of pandemic lightly and deferred in shutdown. This emanated in rapid public transmissions in other countries.
The stringent policy of lockdown and social distancing are adhered to in China.
But still doubtful about the Reporting system in China, as it is totally state-controlled.
Most people were not following the recommended instruction adopted by the WHO or their health authorities and government to prevent the fast spreading of the viral infection.
While in China restricted measures were taken or implemented to contain this spread
I believe that people's awareness and commitment to preventive measures is one of the reasons
When an out break occurs in any community it will continue to spread until it reaches a peak when it will start to reduce. Secondly China is a socialist country
I think that China followed very strict and early preventive strategy against Covid19 in contrary to many countries like italy or UK which had delayed response.

Population health in China may have achieved herd immunity , thus passive immunity result to low or no infection in the current society.

Partial lockdown
Occasional lockdown
Smart lockdown
Targeted lockedown
I don't think such lockdowns are effective against COVID-19.

Very simple, the Chinese follow the rules suggested by the government. Look at the USA, their leader does not want to follow any rules suggested by the WHO (due to his limited brain), therefore, his citizens are mixed up: some follow rules, others oppose them.

In the socialist world of China, strict compliance with the laws and regulations dictated by the government is the main reason for the low statistics.
I think the reason may be that the people are adhering to the preventive measures such as social distancing, washing of hands under running water regularly, wearing face masks and avoiding massive gathering.
I believe that China has the appropriate medicine for this virus, so it has taken control of it .

It is true that covid 19 cases in China decreased significantly while other countries are still battling with the pandemic. This could be much related to the China's personal experience, strategies and guidelines developed being the first country to witness the covid 19 outbreak. China is fully managing the pandemic from their experience.
I agree with you @Isa Baba Koki. To add to it, I feel China's government structure is also playing a major role in the covid-19 episode. Other nations are still having a rise in their cases because the citizens right is a major factor.
The Chinese system is a strict regime, and the Chinese people are among the people adhering to this reason. COVID-19 infection in China has decreased.

Compliance to the preventive measures of reducing Coivd-19 is mainly observed by the Chinese people. Other might not observing the Covid-19 preventive measures.

It's a billion dollar question. Given the figurative data we are forced to consider China as an exception. Some countries under report the figures for host of reasons and their political compulsions or they may have antidotes of the virus but won't disclose it.
When politics is intermixed with global welfare and cooperation , the transparency of information flow is very low and there is no certainty about the validity of data. In recent political theater across the world , China has adopted a very secretive role only heeding her own interests.

I had the pleasure of getting to know such a beautiful city and I could not contain my tears in the face of such a tragedy. China was capable of isolating the cases successfully but other countries failed to do that. As a result, still, there is a persistent increase in COVID-19 cases in other countries.
Manititude of population health who got COVID19 infecion and antibodies exhaled freely mingled with those who not infected but inhaled the same antibodeis to nuetralize corona antigens, thus influence herd / community immunity and recovery.
It could be due to the fact that people are following the rules and orders of the preventative measures announced bt the health authorities
