Hi!

I am trying to dissolve Ovalbumin from chicken egg white. According to product description, its solubility is 40 mg/ml. I am dissolving 20 mg in 4 ml and 40 mg in 4 ml and at both concentrations, it is forming aggregates. I am adding OVA to DI water at room temperature. Obviously, it is somehow denaturing but anyone has any idea what I can do to prevent it from aggregating?

Regards,

Sumeet
