Does organic medicine trending due to consumer awared terminologies like 'organic, Natural, No excipients etc.). Does organic herbal medicine have any huge differences/ advantage with normal herbal medicines?
Chemical pesticides are used in very low dose for controlling diseases on crops. so there may not be huge difference between performance of the herbal extracts use for human medicine (but indiscriminate use is risky) . But in organic farming use of microbes like PGPR, symbiotic bacteria, probiotic bacteria and also biopesticides releases many metabolites and these metabolites are having great potential for human applications and also risks by pathogenic bacterial toxins due to lack of proper screening of human pathogens in agriculture like B.cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Definitely there is some differences between this two versions of the medicines. herbal medicine totally based on the plant derived products. With natural bioactive compounds containing Medicines. Whereas organic Medicines can be synthesize by help of any organic compounds. More precisely it is adding some organic compounds in it. So the difference is very much clear.
Many people choosing organic are doing so for health reasons. They often have been contaminated by heavy metals. Conventionally grown herbs have many times been found to be high in heavy metals.
Pranabesh Ghosh actually here organic medicine meant for the medicine prepared from organic herbs based on organic agriculture concept. So I think you get diverted in your answer. I think organic product are getting popularity but still some issues must be addressed like microbes associated with herb, some parasite and their byproducts as there is restriction of use of pesticide and synthetic fertilizer.
