Hi, I been having a problem with the Orbitrap Fusion for quite a while and it has been getting more and more frequent, which is very frusttrating. The fusion FT would get disconnected suddenly without warning anytime, be it in the middle of the LC runs or end of the LC runs. The message from the fusion console will be
"03:00:40 PM 0645 PPC : Rootnode: DQ:FTDataReady() warning, taking a long time (8.0917012320001 s) to hear form the FT
03:00:42 PM 0646 PPC : Rootnode: DQ:FTDataReady() timeout. Aborting the cycle.
03:00:42 PM 0647 PPC : Generating the FT communication debug log file
03:01:02 PM 0648 PPC : š¦: request timed out (20 sec)
03:01:02 PM 0649 PPC :
03:01:02 PM 0650 PPC : Dump FT debug message to the MSI directory
03:01:24 PM 0651 DS : Instrument disconnected.
03:01:35 PM 0652 DS : FT is booting...
03:01:36 PM 0653 DS : FT Instrument is booting...
03:01:47 PM 0654 DS : FT Instrument is booting...
03:02:28 PM 0655 DS : FT Instrument is booting...
03:02:53 PM 0656 DS : FT Instrument connected."
It stated that it is connected but yet is actually not connected at all. I will always have to either reset the system or switch off and on the electronics button to get it but connected again. The engineer also was not able to resolve the problem. Any one experience this same problem and have any solutions for it?
