what exactly would you like to obtain? If you're searching for the optical bandgap of your films, I would recommend you to estimate the absorption coefficient using the method proposed by Pankove (in Optical Processes in Semiconductors, 1971). In order to use the method you need to measure the transmission and the reflectance of your films. After obtaining the absorption coefficient, you may use the Tauc plot. You should also know the thickness of your film.
If you're searching for the dispersion of your films, you may use Swanpoel method.
