Wondering if there is any single tool in Arc-GIS that can perform task opposite of Euclidean Distance. Meaning a tool that can create a raster map with cells with higher value near to the object (e.g. Point shapefile) and cells with lower value far away from the object. In Euclidean distance, the cell near to object will have lower value and cells away from object has higher value as it calculates distance from that particular object.

Firstly, you calculate the euclidean distance. Secondly, you can fit a Fuzzy Membership function according your aims.
You can use Reclassify by Function to define min and max after making Proximity
