I am doing a study on the variation of thermal and physical properties of nanofluids. I am looking for an Open-FOAM solver which incorporate the variation of physical properties with temperature. Anything in this direction will be helpful. The study is mainly focusing on the variation of thermal conductivity, viscosity, density with respect to the temperature of the nanofluid.

As you know OpenFOAM has several solvers which are convenient for surveying a thermal, and density, etc., phenomena.
Regarding your case study ( one phase or multiphase, laminar flow or turbulent flow,...) you should chose and use one of them.
One of the most popular solver for serving the thermal and density phenomena on multiphase which capable to predict both laminar and turbulent flow is the interFoam, but I am not sure, your case is a same, please check it.
Moreover, icoFoam is one of it solvers which is very simple, and especially use for surveying the velocity, pressure and temperature change.

I am trying to simulate laminar flow as an initial study. The fluid is water with suspended nano particles. And my confusion is how to incorporate the variation in density as the temperature increases ( only upto 2 % increase from experimental data).

I am not able to comment on variable density but for temperature dependent thermal conductivity, specific heat and dynamic viscosity you may take help of the following link:

I am also using the same for temperature dependent properties. I think you can add this to any solver of your use.
