sometimes a certain increase of temp. will raise the BET, but if the temperature beyond the limited value, the BET will maintain or decrease a lot.

After certain limit the surface area may decrease due to sintering.

You can calcinate your biochar at different Temperature to decide this issue.

Yes.. It does increase with an increasing pyrolysis temperature.

It does Upto a certain limit for different biomass. After that it decreases due to sintering. If you further want to increase the surface area you may use ultrasonicator or you can activate the biochar.
