The Algorithm of Mode Isolation (AMI) has some limited capability for OMA using frequency domain fitting. (It is mainly for EMA on FRFs.) See this paper https://byusd.files.wordpress.com/2020/09/c693d-allen-ginsberg-mssp_ami-simo.pdf or contact Dr. Allen or one of his students to get a copy. It isn't yet posted openly.

OMA toolbox is available for matlab but you might have to improvise as per your requirements.

I did some real test with hammer and accelerometer. I used Artemis for doing modal analysis. Should I remove noise before adding my acceleration and hammer data before importing them in the ARtemis?
