I have registered for a couple of courses but from reviews and comments of others, here are three online statistics courses for medical research you should consider:

Coursera: Introduction to Probability and Data by Duke University (https://www.coursera.org/courses/intro-to-probability-and-data): This course provides a comprehensive introduction to probability and data analysis, making it a great choice for those with little to no prior knowledge of statistics. I see that you are a clinician who'd like to more literate in statistic matters. I suggest you start with browsing e-book "statistic for dummies". That book filled with a lot of laymen's terms, therefore you shouldn't be afraid of greek's symbols and kinda.
