Online software for 3D structure of chromosomes (not single, multiple chromosomes)?

Hello,

I would like ask if someone is familiar with any kind of software that is able to build 3D structures of chromosomes from HiC data. I know about TADbit and Chromosome3D but they fail to build assembly of more that one chromosome and I need to build many of them based on their interchromosomal contacts.
