On interaction energy between a polarizable sphere (say fullerene) and molecule with a dipole moment?

Could anyone provide a relationship that accounts for the estimation of interaction energy between a polarizable sphere(fullerene in my case) and water molecule?

Kindly consider that water is physisorped on fullerene and not inside it.
