Hello everyone, I just got my lyophilized oligos and want to suspend it in TE buffer but the oligo box have just info about OD and molecular weight. So, anybody have idea how can i calculate nmol of oligos using OD and mol.wt.

Since nobody answered my question, I look for it myself and finally got the method to calculate it and am writing this hoping that it would be helpful to someone else. So these are the steps:
1) Go to http://biophysics.idtdna.com/UVSpectrum.html and paste your oligo sequence and hit calculate, it will give the extinction coefficient of your oligo.
2) Then calculate the nm of your oligos by using the formula:
nm= O.D * 10^6/extinction coefficient.
