I'm trying to find the required torque for stainless gaskets(washer) and stainless plugs. approximately 1-1/8 Dia plug . 

Looking for 5% crush on washer.

What is maximum torque required to compromise threads on plug/plug sheet and What is the correct torque required to pre load plug threads?

What is the torque required to crush washer(gasket) 5% Max condition .
