Obtaining parameters of "Combined Hardening" models for specific steel material?

I have a model with Steel Plate and Steel Columns involving Composite Frame Structure.

I'm going to simulate hysteresis curve for the system(with Abaqus software) to compare it with the experimental result.

I used the "Combined Hardening" method(Isotropic/Kinematic) for steel materials.

Some questions must be fixed for me :

1) can I approximately obtain 𝑄∞ (one of the isotropic parameters in the Armstrong-Frederick equation) from Fu-Fy which is reported in experimental report according to uniaxial test?

2)does any complete and reliable experimental data exist for the kinematic parameter (Ck and γk) for A36 and ASTM A572/50 steel material?
