We have a NovoSampler Pro and turned it on Monday morning to find it refusing to connect to the computer. The software says 'instrument not connected' and nothing I can think of to do has fixed it. All the manual says to do is turn it off, unplug everything, plug the wires back in, and turn it off again. That didn't work. Has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it?
