In this case I recommend to contact RG's support team at https://www.researchgate.net/contact.

Another user had the same problem (https://www.researchgate.net/post/Two_requests_for_full_text_not_openeing). A possible explanation is that those you requested full texts left ResearchGate after sending their requests.
