Attaching Nanodrop results of Extracted DNA. Loading Dye 2 µl + Sample Extracted DNA 4µl.
Utsa Roy Here is the pic of gel using UV transilluminator. 1st well ladder, 2nd, and 3rd sample.
Hi, Vinay
Increase your gel percentage to 1.5%, run on 150 volts for 8 mins, Run 10ul of DNA with 2 ul of loading dye. You will get a clear DNA visible with better resolution.
Good Luck!
Tried various protocols none is working. Generally getting DNA contaminated with phenols and proteins.
