Does anyone have experienced with NOS-2 gene expression analysis in BNL CL2 and 3T3 L1 cells by qPCR?

I have tried many primer sequences for this NOS-2 gene. [Except for this NOS-2 target gene expression, other targets (11) worked for these cells]

I induced the cells with LPS (8ug/well). I used a 6-well plate for my cell culture work.

The harvesting time points are 6h, 24h, and 72 h after LPS addition to the cells.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
