I´m sure these are non specific signals. But how do they arise?

I´m staining ASC signals (green) in PBMCs and I´m getting a signal in most of my cells in even though only monocytes have the ASC. The signal seems to be in the nuceoli. The beta-actin signal looks fine (red).

cells are fixed the methanol, permeabilize with saponin and my staining buffer is freshly prepared: PBS + Saponin + BSA
