Dear friends,

I have started working on non-Hermitian quantum systems. I have tried to write my Hamiltonian, as an example, non-Hermitian SSH model, in the real space and after that, calculated the real and imaginary parts of the eigenvalues and also checked the absolute values of the left and right eigenvectors. The results with python are very bad while in the Mathematic are almost better but not satisfying me.

I guess, in general, the problems come back to the libraries that I have used to diagonalize the Hamiltonian.

Can anyone help me with this?

What libraries do you recommend for non-Hermitian Hamiltonians(matrix), both in Python and Mathematica?
