Hello,

I'm currently doing a study to possibly investigate fluorescence quenching in my D-A complexes. As for my D-A complexes, ligand is the donor system. To further show this, I have been trying various of concentration of ligand to observe no dynamic quenching (shortening of lifetime). However, upon the addition of donor (ligand) only concentration in my D-A complexes, I observed fluorescence enhancement of D-A complexes. (I made sure all the D-A complex samples are at the same concentration even with ligand concentration addition). The donor ligand can be only excited at 264nm and my D-A complex has been excited at 485nm to emit at 550nm. Does this enhancement dues to the increasing density of donating states?
