Using Rho G-LISA activation assay (Cytoskeleton), we assessed the level of RHO-GTP in melanoma cells under two conditions and we didn’t found any differences between them. However, in a WB we saw that the treatment induces a 70% of decrease in RhoA protein compared to paired control. Is it possible that the effects of Rho activity were independent of the total amount of RhoA protein?
