I mean , is it possible to manufacture a material in which the magnetic permeability is high, the saturation point is high and the demagnetization is not eazy? In this situation, the probability to get the ferroresonance due to the core performances is less in my opinion.

If it had been possible to build magnetic cores with higher permeability, then the electrical infrastructures would still magnetize these cores up to near their saturation area (knee point). It is because the goal is to transfer maximum power through the transformer, and to this aim, you have to set your operating point near the transformer knee point.
We can still prevent ferroresonance in present transformers by operating them far from their saturation, but we would not be using them in full capacity.
