In my PhD thesis at the Economics Dept. of NYU one of whose expanded version can be found as Mallick (2009) at www.researchgate.net/profile/Soumitra_Mallick, I pursued research on the collective properties of the human brain's frontal lobe which deals with rational decision making with current quantum information arrivals on computer networks (bang-bang control), and found that as observed in some recent experimental studies under the C.V.Starr Center at NYU (Schotter, Weigelt, Wilson (1990)) that the game form in decision situations does matter to subjects. which therefore I modelled and analysed the criticality of human learning under bounded rationality and complexity of environments, and showed that behavioural work rules like "putting out fires" behaviour of firefighters (Radner & Rothschild (1975)) can influence the learning process and speed of decisions and hence control of complex environments. This we have found in subsequent research using data from many countries including the newly emerging Indian Markets, that the influence of the size of frontal lobe and human rationality as is also culture conditioned behavioural use of the brain, as in Mallick, Hamburger, Mallick (2016, 2017, 2018) can be used to design medicine systems in the form of the design engineering of public health engineering say. We have shown that the "beehive" architecture may be a rational design outcome which may happen from an efficient frontal lobe of the human brain or a "putting out fires"group of instinctive group behaviour amongst bees when building feeding sites.We had communicated this with Prof. Torgier Johnson, before, who is much more of a specia;ist in these behavioural research.
