We cannot understand the announced results without a clear Definition of the new constant pi-Gamma. You say something like number a segments used in construction A over number of segments used in construction B. It is clearly a rational number - but cannot be understood without an Explanation of what is construction A and construction B. ""Using a compass and a norm"" is also not too much for an an explanation, nor the fact that the square root is accurate...
