I have attached a list of IoT security and privacy papers, and a list of SCADA security and privacy papers. If you copy paste the title into Google Scholar, you should be able to find them easily enough. They can be downloaded for free.
Since Cloud is now a fundamental component of most IoT and SCADA systems (mostly used to collect the vast amounts of data generated), I have also given you a rather larger list of cloud security and cloud privacy papers (over 750). I have also added a few Cloud Forensics references for good measure, as this is also a serious issue. Generally, the first thing attackers will do is to delete system logs to erase all trace of their visit, which makes cloud forensics a challenging task. Cloud security and privacy is far more challenging than conventional distributed systems, and it would do you good to get a good grasp of the many issues faced there.
The vast majority of my own research is centred on cloud security and privacy, so please feel free to download from my published papers.
