I have implemented ECC in Matlab ..n VANET Architecture in Matlab separately.. but how do u do it together??

Any suggestions..or inbuilt library for VANET/ ECC in Matlab??

You can use C++ language libraries to implement the ECC encryption algorithm, the following links can be useful.

You can use NS3 tools to simulate the VANET environment.

You can implement your method in C++ as a function and call it in the NS3 tool itself.
