Need recommendation for best syringe filter for Liquid cesium filtration to separate nano-particles?

I encountered a problem with the filtration of aqueous cesium samples. When I filtered 10 ppm cesium concentration with 0.22 um PVDF(hydrophilic) syringe filter the concentration decreased to 3 ppm. I want to know is it possible that a 0.22 um filter sorbed aqueous Cs?

If it is Possible please guide about suitable syringe filter for Adsorption separation.
