Need help for nanoMOS PTM model?

Hey guys, I am working on Nanohub's MASTAR tool and PTM on the same time. My goal is to create new physical data for a CAD tool we are designing. We are using MASTAR equations. I have extracted some of the data from PTM cards for 32 nm, 45 etc like TOXE, XJ, NDEP, NGATE, NSD, U0, VTH0 . But i wish to find more parameters but they are not understandable. Can anybody help me with the explanation of parameters specifically related to VTh, Ion, Ioff equations.
