Yes, the publisher of the journal you mentioned has been recognized as predatory by the final issue of Beall's list. After viewing the web page of the journal, I noticed that it tries to mislead authors by providing unimportant information as significant achievements of the publication. It has not been included in leading abstracting or indexing databases. Editorial board is poor, no geographical diversity. Can you find clear information of APC regarding this journal? This journal could be a deceptive or low quality journal in my opinion.

If you need to publish in an OA journal, probably you could check one from DOAJ, but this does not guarantee whether all journals indexed in DOAJ are free of low quality. However, at least you can trust them to some extent. DOAJ will provide you basic information like APC, age, archiving policy, etc., which could help you to improve your knowledge about the target journal/s. Since this is not enough, check whether the target journal is indexed by leading services like Scopus, WoS, etc., check the editorial board, review policy and so on. This procedure will give you a good understanding of whether the target journal is deceptive, low quality or reputable.

If you're new to sharing your research findings with the wider community, it's better to aim high and learn from rejections and multiple revisions than to see your work in print (or published online) quickly, flaws and all, and with few people paying attention.

Your decision should actually precede your study because ideally, your own study is not motivated by local needs only but seeks to make a contribution to what's current, what's being talked about.

Every journal represents a world-wide conversation among peers about a specific topic, a particular concern, a set of pressing questions. Interestingly, the journals themselves are just much involved in this ongoing conversation because they represent different angles, different interests, different methodologies, etc.

I use the word "conversation" because that's what it is: our turns at talking are the journal articles, and on a higher level, the journals themselves. So, if a journal disappears, it loses its voice and often the reason is that it's no longer relevant. New journals then will represent new topics, new theories, new methodologies.

Note that a research article is in essence an argument, i.e. a claim and the reasoning and evidence-based support behind it. Our goal is to persuade others of that claim.

All of this to say that your own study has to be relevant to that conversation, and that the relevance (together with the academic rigour you bring to your data collection, analysis and so on) will determine the likelihood of its getting published and eventually being picked up by the wider community of scholars.

There are many journals listed and approved by well-known indexes such as Scopus and Clarivate you can register on their website and check the list, otherwise, I suggest two Journals which:

you can publish either in Dirasat: Human and Social Sciences journal published by The University of Jordan and indexed by Scopus. (http://research.ju.edu.jo/en/journals/Home.aspx )

Or in University of Sharjah Journal for Humanities And Social Sciences (http://www.sharjah.ac.ae/ar/Research/spu/JournalHSS/Pages/default.aspx )

Both are under the Human and Social Sciences domain.
