It's a very weird phenomenon, and let me describe it. And I promise you, it's not any known pollution.

Firstly, the pollution only occurs in my transfected 293T or spinfected cells, and the virus is from 293T packaging, which means untreated cells would not get polluted.

Secondly, the pollution is not that outrages to other cell lines like WT 293T or WT Jurkat cells, which means if you do not mix the polluted culture to WT cells, they would not be affected by the pollution and thrive well, I handle them all, simultaneously.

Thirdly, the pollution is caused by some transparent, which means if you focus exactly to that visible particles, it's transparent, but turns to be black dots when focusing on other particles(this might be due to some optical tricks).

Fourthly, the particle are always vibrating, brown like movement. They could not swim to other place like parasites, but, this creature, might be parasitic because once we absorb them to the collected supernatant, they would not grow like bacterium or fungi.

Fifthly, the most important thing for them, they share some development stages. Once they became adhesive, which means, in the beginning, they would not attach to the plate bottom, after they grow to some degrees, they could become adhesive to the plate, the cells cultured would be in a very very poor state.

Come on all the frontiers in microbes or any other advanced cell culturing veterans, give me some advice, what is it, and how should I deal with it. Need your help!
